Installation

The conneQt® Toolbar is provided as a Windows .msi package.

To Install the appropriate conneQt® Toolbar distribution for your patient administration system, please use the links below to access our software distribution site and download the .msi file.

Note

The installer must be run on a Windows PC with the corresponding patient administration system (EMIS Web or TPP SystmOne) installed.

Installation Options

  1. Manually run the .msi file for individual or a limited number of installations - see Installation via MSI
  2. Use the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for installation - see Installation via SCCM
  3. Install via Powershell script - see Installation via Powershell
Note

All installation methods require the .msi file to be installed by a user with local administration rights, as the conneQt® Toolbar is installed and registered for all users on the Windows PC.

Registration

After installation, the conneQt® Toolbar requires one-time registration on each Windows PC to connect with our back-end services.

Updates

The installation package sets up a background process that checks for updates to the conneQt® Toolbar, automatically downloading and installing any updates without requiring local administrator intervention.
